Vintage Express Wrap Striped Skirt in Wool Blend made in Italy

Super cute vintage wrap skirt by Express. Wool blend but not itchy at all! Great colors including neutrals and peach and blue. Only flaw is slight grey smudge mark on hem as seen in pic. Wooden button fastens on front and clear button on inside to hold the wrap together. Gives me cute vintage southwestern vibes! Vintage tag says 9/8 - waist is 14” - so would fit modern day 28 or 6 or S/M best. Length is 19.5” - pleats on the back, allows this skirt to sit high waisted. Perfect for fall!
