Vintage Express skirt sz 3/4

This is a vintage 90's Express skirt. Black tulle w great lace and satin ribbon accents. It's a sz 3/4, but more like a size 2 with the current clothing sizing. There is a small hole which is included in the pictures. The hole isn't noticeable when wearing the skirt. Perfect witchy skirt for Halloween!!!
