Made by NYC Accessories Company probably 1960’s… possibly 70’s. Gold tone. Stamped on back. Could use a nice polishing. I’ll do if I have time! Put on a blouse/jacket/hat/purse… anywhere for St paddy’s day! Kind of a company similar to Sarah Coventry
