Vintage Fashion Bug 1990s Wine Red Velvet Peep Tow Wedge Heels with Huge Bows Fantastic peep-toe heels in a deep, dark red- sitting between magenta and burgundy. Mary Jane style velvet ankle straps, with crossing base and round silver buckles. The toes feature crossing, X straps, and oversized statement bows made of soft satin in a striped weave. Made by the now (sadly) defunct Fashion Bug department store.
