Vintage Fashion Design Tools Tracing Wheel and Pattern Notcher These were the tools I used while a student at NY FIT in the 1970’S. The notcher and pattern tracing wheel are in very good shape. The tracing wheel is very high quality Made in Germany. It has a thumb rest to put pressure if you are tracing on heavy paper. Measurements: Pin wheel length 7” Notcher length 4 ¾” Notcher open width 2 ¾”
