Overall in good condition…especially for its age! This appears to have been created during the Great Depression era of a feed sack that was taken apart as evidenced by the stitch holes along the side. Then to make it pretty, they created flowers from printed feed sacks or dresses perhaps and hand appliquéd them on and then free embroidered green flower stems! I so admire the thriftiness and creativity to make a bleak world at that time a little better! Measurements are approximate as the feed sacks were made for utilitarian purposes. All cotton construction. Note a small area of threads distress and a faint yellow stain as shown in pictures. Would look lovely in a farm house, shabby chic or vintage decorated home. Rescue this national treasure!
