Waistband does not really have stretch though the pants have good stretch. Lined stirrups go down the lower leg. 44% new wool, 50% polyamide and 6% elastane. Made in Singapore. Size 8R but these are vintage and fit more like a modern day 0. For reference, I am 5’3” and about 114 lbs and these are pretty much the perfect length on me and are very snug at the waist. I can zip and close them but I have to suck in hard. 🤣 Waist laid flat 12” Inseam 26.5” Rise 11”
