Vintage Fezandi Beverly Hills Black silk blouse

Vintage condition silk haute couture fezandi Beverly Hills top. I bought it from an estate sale at the home of some relative of Frank Sinatra- ended up it was too big for me. No size on label because custom made. Seems to be a 10 maybe. There are runs and pulls in the silk - see pics of sleeves especially - probably from jewelry, and the neck is either faded a bit or just needs dry cleaning - not sure because I never wore or dry cleaned.
