Vintage Fleur De Lis skirt suit 8 petite with shoulder pads

Black with gold fleur di lis, perfect for mardi gras. The jacket has shoulder pads. The two buttons on the front are actual functioning buttons. The size is 8 petite but vintage clothing is often smaller than modern sizes. I would call this a size 6 but would likely fit a size 4 person as well.
