Vintage Floral Button Blouse

bought from a vintage 1970s-1990s boutique in nyc. Beautiful blouse, all buttons in tact. No tags so I don’t know material/ size/ brand. Would best fit a size XS/S. I’d say it’s a size 2-4!! *can’t show pictures w/ it on since it’s unfortunately too small on me.
