Vintage Floral Button Up Blouse Shirt Blue

Very cool vintage shirt sleeved button up blouse. Amazing with some high waisted jeans/shorts. Appears to be handmade so no size and composition tag. It does fir S and small M. It feels like rayon, might be silk ( not sure )
