Vintage Floral Button Up Dress

I'm selling some pieces from my personal collection of vintage (my closet is overflowing!). This beautiful floral on black vintage dress is amazing on - it's SO flattering and comfortable, It has a collar and pearly buttons and belt loops for when you want to cinch in the waist. I am no vintage expert - again these are pieces from my personal collection that I purchased solely because I love them - so I may not know all the details. This one def has a 90s vibe and has no labels inside. It's a bit sheer but nothing wild. I am a 4/6 and love the way this fits.
