Vintage Floral Cocktail Dress

This classy little number has great movement on the dance floor. It has quarter length sleeves and a big bow that snaps in the back. The seam under the right shoulder is coming undone but looks like an easy fix. Measurements- Waist: 25” Bust: 33” Sleeves: 13 1/2”
