Vintage Floral Collared Dress Small 100% Cotton

The perfect summer dress! Comfortable, soft, and excellent fit! 100% Cotton There are some dots in the fabric, as shown. Not sure if it’s intentional or a fabric flaw, but I wore it this way with no issues. Blue with soft green, almost sea-foam flowers. Size Small and I would say it runs pretty true to size.
