Vintage Floral Dress

Vintage Blue and White floral dress. Sleeveless. Buttons from chest to waist. Ribboned scarf weaves through neck line in front and back, and is meant to be tied in the front. Mid length. Bottom of dress is almost pleated. Fabric is unknown for sure, but is slippery and almost shiny. Ribbon has slight discoloration on it. Size 06. By: Burt Stanley, California
