Vintage Floral Dress

Vintage Samuel Blue Petite belted dress with elastic waist and delicate pleated bodice. Short sleeves and tiny red flowers on a beige background. The vintage buckle has a very small crack in it. This could easily be replaced. Fabric is rayon, with no holes, rips, stains or odors. Very Cottagecore, and beautifully made. Measurements are provided in photos. From a smoke and pet-free home.
