Vintage 1990s white, high waisted denim mini skirt with a lovely cottage rose boutique print over royal blue and baby blue stripes. Royal blue gingham accents the front pockets as well as the back of the waist. Belt loops, zipper fly and 6 pockets (2 coin pockets) in 100% cotton gives the skirt functionality.
