Vintage Floral Skater Skirt

Vintage black skater skirt with white and soft pink floral print. Purchased from a Seattle vintage boutique, believed to be from the 90s. Too small for me now; fits like an XS (24in waist would fit most comfortably in my opinion). Is lined too. So cute!
