Vintage Floral Velvet Jacket

Soft vintage jacket with toggle closures, black with floral. Inner silk liner has some tears and damage (see photos) but didn’t cause any issues w/ wearability. I would pair with a long sleeve/turtleneck! Exterior fabric and construction is in great condition. Has velvet feel and is thick material. Ask me for measurements! 📏📐
