Vintage Floral Wrap Dress

Has colors blue, red, yellow, metallic purple buttons, and a little green. 20" waist. Dress wraps from the shoulder so size is flexible. 37" from shoulder to bottom hem. Fabric is on the shear side. Dress has loops for a belt but no belt is included. Buttons do function but the wrap is sew into the neckline so it doesn't completely open.
