Vintage Floral Wrap Skirt

Beautiful floral wrap skirt with black background by Charter Club. Marked size 8, but fits more like a 4. Unique button and velcro closure keeps this skirt securely on. Fabric:80% rayon, 20% wool. Approximate measurements: 13.5" across waist, 19.5" across hip area, 22" long. Shown with top available in my closet.
