Vintage Floral and Polka Dot Motif Votive Candle Holder ~ Unbranded ~ EUC!

This vintage floral and polka dot motif votive candle holder is most likely from the 1970's, or perhaps early 1980's. The votive holder is unbranded so I am not sure who produced it, but it is in pristine pre-owned condition! No flaws whatsoever and no wax residue which leads me to believe that it was never used for its intended purpose. The votive features clear glass with a frosted tan background along with burgundy trim on the top and bottom. It is encircled with a vine of white flowers with burgundy centers and brown leaves and even a few burgundy buds. There are also white and clear polka dots scattered around on the frosted part of the votive holder. The holder is approximately 2.75" tall and 2" in diameter. Comes from a smoke-free home.
