Vintage y2k top. Cute af y2k forever 21 halter top. The top is a stretchy denim looking material and bottom is a slightly see through stretchy material with floral and ornamental pattern. Brown, blue, red, and tan colors. Long handkerchief hem. There is a hole towards the bottom of the top but not noticeable because of how flowy the top is. There is slight damage on the right cup as pictured, not super noticeable when on.
