Vintage Forever XXI Dress

Polka dot and floral black/off-white dress. I Purchased in 2006 and wore it only 3X. It has a side zip closure and ties in the back. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you are interested ;) Size Small. Will fit a 2/3 dress size.
