Vintage Formal/Prom Dress

It's a bit hard to tell, but this is a vintage strapless prom or formal dress from the 50s or 60s. It is in great shape for being 60-70 years old. It is definitely on the small size. I tried to include the measurements. The picture with the tape measure is the allowance for the beast. Unfortunately I cannot find an actual size. it is probably extra small to small. The dress has a "shawl" and extra fabric joins in the front with a bow. There are a few blemishes towards the hem, but again it's 60-70 years old. My mother's cousin was a model and kept several pieces of clothing from her days modeling. This is one of them.
