Direct from the 1950s, this vintage hat box from Fox Millinery Chicago is the perfect home for your fancy hat! There is wear, but that is to be expected for a 70 year old box. It does have water spots on the outside, see images for condition. It is sturdy, the cord is in tact, and it doesn't smell. I'll let that sink in. How many hat boxes have you found that were cute, but had a funky odor to them? This one doesn't, which is why it was actually used to store a hat! :) I don't wear hats much anymore, so this adorable addition to a closet or dressing room needs a new home.
