Never worn with tags Francescas black floral lace tunic top. With elastic band at the waste to create sliming silhouette. I purchased back in 2000 at Francesca’s in the mall and stored in a garment bag until now! Stretch lace material. Can dress up or down. Size small, Black floral lace, Elastic waist band, armpit to armpit 14-15 inches. Length about 31 inches
