Vintage Frank Usher black cropped raised pattern short sleeve tie front jacket

This vintage piece features a raised pattern throughout and a single tie closure. There is some seam separation to the back side of left arm (see photo), but hemline remains intact. Some wear to the end of one of the ties. It seems that the length was also altered but could be let back down I believe. No material/care tag. Measures 18in from underarm to underarm and is 16in in length. Check out my other items and bundle for savings!
