Vintage Frank Usher cocktail dress

Stunning vintage dress (probably 1980s) by British designer, Frank Usher, size 6 US. May run a tad small, see measurements. Black poly chiffon; lined; ruching everywhere! Bodycon style hugs your curves. Off the shoulder with elasticized bands to hold in place. Large chiffon rosette. Back zipper/hook. The entire dress has ruching except lower back part of skirt. Boning in sides. Approx 34-35" long hanging; little shorter when on. Approx 15" across chest, unstretched. Approx 13" across waist. EUC.
