Vintage Franklin of Chicago tulip overlay dress

Beautiful and elegant vintage dress from late 30s to early 50s. There is no tag for size or fabric. I believe the fabric to be crepe and the size to be about a 4-6 or small. There are 3 small snags in the back among the pleated draping. I can not find any other condition issues. Zipper has metal teeth and works well. From a smoke and pet free environment. It's a classic look for that era of time. waist measure from side to side is about 14 inches. Across the shoulders is 16 inches. It does have shoulder pads. From the top of the zipper to the hem is 45 inches. Arm pit seam to arm pit seam is 18 inches. I will bundle shipping.
