Vintage- French- ‘40s Sterling & Gold Vermeil, Floral & Diamond Earrings

These pretty little floral earrings are perfectly wrapped in a cluster of mine cut, prong set diamonds (I tested them to be sure) surrounding a beautiful Limoges floral scene. They are about 3/4” x 3/4”. These beautiful little earrings would look adorable on a flower girl, a bride, the mother of a bride or groom or honestly, anyone. Their delicate sparkle and beautifully painted floral Limoges like scene of enamel are stunning. (I won’t take them apart to find out if there is a Limoges signature under the guilloche or cloisonné centers). The hallmarks, although a little worn, show that these are from France, made with Sterling Silver coated with 24K gold vermeil. What a unique piece of handcrafted wearable history. These are museum quality pieces. The diamonds have been tested. They are each individually hand set with prongs.
