Vintage Fringy Button-Up Cutoffs

These are one of my favorite thrifted pieces. I actually altered these myself. I cut them myself and created the fringe, then added adjustable elastic in the back to avoid gapping. I outgrew these but they were my favorite pair of shorts for a summer or two! They are size 12, but fit more like an 8 in my opinion. Could probably work for a size 6 as well.
