Vintage Front Pleated Watercolor Floral Skirt

Beautiful vintage watercolor floral midi skirt. There is elastic banding on the back as well as front-side button closure. Buttons have cute little flowers on them. It’s pleated in the front and detailed with striped fabric around the seams of the pleats. 100% rayon. Tags says dry clean only but as long as its not thrown in the dryer it should be fine. It’s in great condition. Approximately 14” across waist (pic) and 33” in length (pic).
