Vintage, Frosty, Ice-Blue Belt

I think I bought this new in the late 90s/Y2K. I think this belt is so gorgeous! But I don't think I've ever worn it. I have an ice blue sweater listed that would be a perfect match with this!) All stitching appears to be in good shape. The silver hardware buckle is in good shape and solidly made. The sparkly glitter does NOT get all over everything it touches. There are two slightly yellow spots on this, one on the inside of the belt and one on the outside. The inside of the belt is white and stamped, "Absolutely Fresh". 100% polyester manmade materials. Made in the 🇺🇸 USA 🇺🇸. This belt is about 40" in length and just over 1" width.
