Rare, Timeless, epic, and Iconic Vintage Frye Banana 14L Campus Boots. Women’s size 9. Made in America of supple Banana leather. Banana is the most sought after colorway of all Vintage Frye Boots, and finding them in your size is like finding a treasure. It is the most gorgeous rich, golden tan color, reminiscent of the light at golden hour- and is perfect with dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans, and anything really. @mauraabrams there is plenty of room (as you can see in the pics), but the approximate shaft circumference measurement is 15.5” so I understand your concern! But keep in mind that this is the largest shaft circumference for Frye Boots- some Vintage Fryes (typically from the 60s & 70s) have a much smaller circumference measurement. Hope you are able to find a pair of boots that works for you!

@isabellebaldwin for sure, i understand.. keep in mind that the new Fryes aren’t made like they used to be, in both materials and craftsmanship. That’s why finding a pair of vintage Banana ones in your size is like finding a treasure. But it isn’t impossible.. so keep treasure hunting and you could find a pair in your price range someday 💛

@morganorosco02 there were more vintage banana campuses on the market then- right now there are very few in this size, and these are the lowest price you can get them for at the moment. Or can buy them new and compromise the quality of materials and craftsmanship. So I will wait for a buyer who understands and respects this :)

@chicagosugar i had these authenticated from an expert and they said these are not “vintage” since they were made in 1980s or after meaning these are made the same way as brand new. really sad because these are false advertised as vintage.

@morganorosco02 While there's no official expert consensus for an item to be considered vintage, many agree that an item should be between twenty to ninety-nine years old. So with that in mind, these are in fact Vintage. But since they are from the mid 90s, they are not considered ‘True Vintage’, which is classified as 40 years or older. So this listing is accurate :)
