Are you a true 8.5 and they’re too small or were you just hoping they’d fit and they didn’t. I’m shopping for this size and don’t want to have the same experience?

@triciadelisha I have two pairs of these same exact style Frye boots in an 8.5 that fit me perfectly. I've had them for 10+ years and thought maybe Frye has changed its sizing. Even the soles on these are shorter when compared to my older boots. I have since purchased a pair in a 9.0 & they fit like my older boots. I'm a solid 8.5 in my other shoe brands...merrell, born, sorel, keen, J-45. I hope this helps!
