I've had this dress since the 1980s. It's been worn less than half a dozen times, and only to Renaissance Fairs, where it was a big hit. It has no size label that I could find, but it has a range due to the elastic bodice I think. I wore it at least once, and I was size 4-6. My teenage daughter wore it a couple of times, and she is 5'6" and slim. I show it with the hem spread out on my floor (I swept and mopped the floor the previous day.) The hem is over 20 feet around. The bodice doesn't go all the way to the waist. From the bottom of the bodice to the hem is about 43". From the top shoulder seam to the other shoulder seam is about 14.5" when flat but it could stretch to longer. I bought it from upscale store Joseph Magnin. The label is Denise L, Hermosa Beach California, for Joseph Magnin. The last 2 picture were taken of it on my busty mannequin, which distorts the bodice a bit, but gives another impression.
