Vintage Full Length Raccoon Fur Vest Coat 1960 1970

This is a beautiful full-length raccoon fur vest. This fur vest started out as a heavy vintage fur coat. My seamstress skillfully removed the sleeves, turning the outdated, vintage fur coat into a modern, light weight, fur vest. This raccoon fur vest is as clean as can be, from the satin lining to the actual fur itself. The raccoon fur has no holes or bare spots anywhere. The color of the raccoon fur is a beautiful, two tone, gray and brown. The look and feel of this coat is so earthy and organic. This fur vest has three hook and eye closures and two lined pockets. This fur vest comes with a fabulous supple, dark brown, wrap around belt. There are slits on both sides of the fur so you can wear the belt inside the lining, and tie the belt from the front of the coat only, and not have the belt be seen from the back of the coat. I find these fur vests are best worn open or belted. The bust on this fur vest is 41 inches and the waist is 44 inches and the bottom span is 52 inches. The length is 48 inches. I would think a size 2 ,4,6 and 8 would wear this fur vest beautifully.
