Vintage Fun! Dress

Truly a vintage piece, no size or material tags, body form used for pictures is an XS and I did not have to pin dress at all, sheer polyester (I think) over a stiffer feeling lining, lining does show some age coloration but this cannot be seen through shell, velvet like ribbon at waist, metal zipper fully functioning, hook closures at neck and at back of ribbon , but both eyes need to be replaced, just a fun retro piece, underarm to underarm measures 16", waist 12.5", length 33.5".
