Fur may be beaver. The material looks like wool or wool blend. Vintage from Alaska Furriers in Phoenix Arizona. Model is 5’9” and wears small for sleeve and size reference. It is quite spacious so small to medium/large sizes would work well. Very good vintage condition.

@jorjetr80 the sleeve length is abt 21” from shoulder seam to cuff and pit to pit abt 26” flat across the chest.
