Vintage Fuzzy Blue Mod Go-Go Pea Coat

This Vintage Mod Go-Go fuzzy blue Pea Coat is giving me Austin Powers vibes. Made from a fuzzy faux fur type material it has slight discoloration around the collar that is hard to tell if it’s really discoloration or lighting (see pictures) This is a all eyes on you piece.
