Gorgeous light blue full sequin maxi dress w/puff shoulders 💙💙💙 The sequins are on an open knit that is see through on the arms and across chest, the rest of the dress is fully lined. It has an open back w/zipper closure & slit up the bottom middle. This material does have stretch. No tag of who made or what size, please see below.
