The tag says large but it's a small, roughly size 4. Message for measurements. I purchased this in London in 2002. Super cute and has a metallic shimmer to it.

@voidzcasablanca Hey there, I measured the waist at 30" at the very top of the skirt. Half way down the skirt, I measured the hips at 36". I measured the length from top to bottom of the skirt at 14". (what I would give to fit in this skirt again!!!) It's so cute because it has a pearlescent sheen to the leather!! Make an offer!!
