Vintage Garland Skirt

This beautiful skirt seems to be wool and features gold (working) buttons down the front. The last photo shows the inside of the skirt. There is no tag stating the size of the skirt, but I would say that it is an extra small or small. Full length: ~ 19.5 in. Waist: ~ 13 in. flat Questions? Please ask! :-)
