This is a vintage leather burgundy dress. Measurements in pics. The dress is fully lined with the Cheetah print and black. The lining even looks cute enough to wear as its own dress. The Garrison company does not make dresses anymore, but still make high quality belts. This has a size of 10 but I believe it to be more like a 6.

greentreasure My model is my daughter who is a size 0 with an a cup. It was way too big and she needed to hold the straps 3 inches above her shoulder for this pic.
