Vintage Gay Gibson dress with matching jacket

Adorable blue little number! Tag doesn’t indicate the material. Fully lined with zippered back. The sleeves of the jacket are torn (see video). Seems like an easy repair but I haven’t done it. The right sleeve has a bigger tear than the left. Armpit to armpit 16” Waist 13” Length 38”
