Vintage Genuine Cultured Pearl Ring

Vintage Genuine Cultured Pearl Ring GUC. Missing two pearls, one on each side. Size 5.25. Circa 60’s. Purchased in Tokyo/Osaka by my dad so it’s possibly Mikimoto or Murata. Exceptional quality as most vintage cultured pearls are from the early 60’s. Not mass farmed. Not sure if metal is 14K gold or possibly platinum, as my dad insists it is. There’s an “S” inscription with a symbol. Enlarged to show details as shown on photos. Will check with jeweler and adjust price if it’s 14K gold, but I doubt it.
