Beautiful genuine leather suede skirt in black. Excellent vintage condition with just a few indentations on the waist from hanger clips (as seen in photos). Brand is outerwear by Phoenix. Tag says 3/4 but would beat fit modern day XS / 00 / 0 / 24 Waist measures 12” and length is 18” . Widest point across is 17”. Zipper up back with snap button closure.
