Do these fit true to size? Do they have any stretch?

@istaroot the sizing is vintage but the measurements are accurate. I am usually a 25 so these were a bit snug on me. These are 100% leather so no elasticity but leather does soften! The fit is more of a straight leg. Not tight against the legs so my legs moved quite freely.
