Vintage Genuine Pearl Opera Necklace Gray Blue Single Strand Wedding Classic

I do not have a certificate of authenticity, nor have these been tested as to what type of pearl it is. I have tried to find others like it, and cannot find any that come with the paperwork shown in the picture.
